* We LUSTRE COAT/UV SPRAY ALL OF OUR PORTRAITS. The coating is acrylate polymer (within the same family as Plexiglass). The coverage and appearance is similar to lacquer, giving it a rich, glossy sheen which provides superior surface protection and enhances the look of our prints! This coating offers protection against fingerprints, UV rays, and typical over-spraying found in home and office environments. The coating can be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth without damaging the print surface. It is fire resistant and contains no solvents, which makes it environmentally-friendly as well.

* ALL OF OUR PORTRAITS ARE APPLIED WITH A LINEN TEXTURE.

* ALL OF OUR PORTRAITS 5×7 AND LARGER ARE MOUNTED to protect your portrait! This keeps them safe from corners bending, creasing, etc. Our 5×7′s and 8×10′s are mounted on a thin white matboard and our Wall Portraits are mounted on a 3/16 inch black backed foam board! You’ll be impressed like everyone else!

* We die cut our wallets so YOU DON’T HAVE TO!

* We COMPLETELY RETOUCH all of our proofs to print quality FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! This includes skin retouching, removing minor blemishes, contrast, color adjustments, sharpening, etc. There are only additional charges for extremely extensive work.

* All of our portraits are sold Ala Carte which means you can get exactly what you want! We have bonus reward levels starting at $500. Wall portraits can be purchased unframed, framed, fine art canvas, or fine art acrylic! We also offer a number of customizable gallery ideas to help you come up with ideas to show off your unique art!

* Our clients typically have 20-30 PROOFS to select from!

* BLACK AND WHITE CONVERSIONS ARE INCLUDED in your session! Also, we print all of our black and white portraits on true black and white paper for the best possible black and white image.

* Once you have reached a certain dollar figure in sales and/or referrals, you become a MONARCH CLUB MEMBER AND NO LONGER HAVE SESSION RESERVATION FEES! See our Monarch Club page under the Information section of our website for more information on the benefits of this program!

* You won’t receive your prints in a plain old envelope at our studio! We treat your prints with the HIGHEST CLASS!

* We use only the HIGHEST QUALITY gallery wraps, coffee table albums, frames, photo handbags, etc!

* We spend time with our clients before the session to discuss clothing, props, etc. so that we are prepared and you know what to expect.

* Your 2 HOUR creative session is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY which means NO STANDING IN LINE and NO INTERRUPTIONS! Our sessions include UNLIMITED POSES AND CLOTHING CHANGES so you’ll feel like a celebrity! Of course the time we spend on the session capturing images depends on the cooperation of our subject! We gladly take as many breaks as little ones need!

* For your comfort during your creative session or preview session, enjoy a snack or refreshment. We have a FULLY STOCKED REFRIGERATOR with water, lemonades, and a variety of juices. We also will brew a hot cup of coffee or tea specifically to your tastes! We have a KEURIG SPECIAL EDITION SINGLE SERVE COFFEE MACHINE and a carousel full of a variety of gourmet coffees, teas, and hot chocolates.

* There is NO LIMIT on the number of images or poses captured during your session. If we are working on a family session, we will gladly capture individual pictures within the family as well for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

* We like to use light as the “paint” in our portraits! Our lighting separates us from any other photographer!

* We use the HIGHEST QUALITY BACKDROPS! A large majority of our backdrops are beautifully handpainted!

* We generally spend 15 hours AFTER the creative session working on your images!

* We devote an additional hour and a half to our clients at their preview session helping them narrow down their selections and place their order. We can even help you COMPARE IMAGES SIDE-BY-SIDE and SHOW YOU ACTUAL SIZES OF WALL PORTRAITS you are considering via our projection system!! We can even show you what your images would look like ON YOUR WALL!

* VIEW AND SHARE YOUR SESSION WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY for 2 weeks after the session order has been placed via the Client Review section of our website. Also, our Client Review section includes an ON-LINE SHOPPING CART for your family and friends to purchase portraits!

* We offer our PROOF BOOK with many of our Bonus Reward Levels! The proof book can be taken home the day of your preview session.

* We will PERSONALLY go over your prints with you when you pick them up. We want to make sure you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

* We REWARD OUR CLIENTS by giving them a GIFT CARD FOR EACH REFERRAL that holds a session with us!
